Parallel nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy

چکیده
Nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy is a principal analytical technique used for the structure elucidation of molecules. This Primer covers different approaches to accelerate data acquisition and increase sensitivity NMR measurements through parallelization, enabled by hardware design and/or pulse sequence development. Starting with hardware-based methods, we discuss coupling multiple detectors samples so each detector/sample combination provides unique information. We then cover spatio-temporal encoding, which uses field gradients frequency-selective manipulations parallelize multidimensional compress it into single shot. also consider parallel manipulation magnetization reservoirs within sample yield new, information-rich schemes using either homonuclear or multinuclear detection. 18. Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy
Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) is a spectroscopic technique widely used by organic chemists. NMR provides details about the location, number and environment of specific types of atoms within a sample. The proper interpretation of this information allows detailed chemical structures to be discerned. The same basic instrumentation used in this week’s experiment is used in physician offices when...
متن کاملNuclear Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy in Macromolecular Science
Today, virtually every experimental paper published in ‘‘Macromolecular Chemistry and Physics’’ includes characterization of the polymers under study by nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy. In addition to monitoring the various synthetic steps, which eventually lead to the new polymers or supramolecular systems described, high-resolution NMR provides a number of important parameters, ...
متن کاملMagnetization Transfer Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy
Ventricular fibrillation (VF) is known to produce alterations in myocardial energetics, but the mechanism of these changes remains unclear. To investigate energy metabolism during VF, phosphorus nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy and magnetization transfer were applied to isolated perfused ferret hearts. VF was induced either by perfusion with digitalis (strophanthidin, 30 gM) or by high-f...

It's not surprisingly when entering this site to get the book. One of the popular books now is the carbon 13 nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy. You may be confused because you can't find the book in the book store around your city. Commonly, the popular book will be sold quickly. And when you have found the store to buy the book, it will be so hurt when you run out of it. This is why, sea...
